Well yesterday I learned that our health plan monthly premium is being raised $138 a month. My co-workers do not understand why it is such a big deal. Of course they are all in their thirties without kids. When you have a minimum of seven doctors appointments a month a PPO plan could easily cost more then I actually make. As it is we budget a good percentage of my income for routine health expenses. We have already trimmed down the phone, internet, food, and any fun or extra money. Not sure where this money is going to come from. Maybe it is time I cave and start fighting for disability for the kids. Child support would be nice at the moment also.
Well we are about to start school here. I emailed for my kids schedule (for some reason they think the first day of school is soon enough) and found out that the kid's RSP teacher has left. S is not thrilled. It is already shaping up to be an interesting year. On a possible plus note, I think L will have a better fit teacher this year.
Anyway enough of my dwelling. Here is the menu plan for this week.
