Paleo Meal Plan for 8/28/14 - banana cereal, Coconut Flour Pancakes, Spaghetti Marinara


We are getting ready for school to start here. This means that 1) L is having a hard time with transitioning away from watching videos on her fire (ironically enough she still does TKD class just fine) 2) The other two are also having behaviors so it is like being ganged up on 3) I am really done with bringing S with me to work, next summer there will have to be a better plan for the three weeks she does not have summer camp. Overall, they are doing really good, this time last year I was just happy if I got L out of the house. Now I am working on getting her out with her hair combed good (not just combed). So big improvements. Still tired.

Anyway, here is the menu plan for the week.

Thursday
Breakfast - Chocolate Waffles
Dinner - Sausage and Salad

Friday
Breakfast - Hard Boiled Eggs
Dinner - Bacon and Hash Browns

Saturday
Breakfast - Bacon and Fruit
Dinner - Spaghetti Marinara over Summer Squash

Sunday
Breakfast - Paleo Coconut Flour Pancakes
Dinner - Eggs and Veggies

Monday
Breakfast - Banana and Coconut Milk
Dinner - Tuna Salad

Tuesday
Breakfast - Paleo Coconut Flour Pancakes
Dinner - In N Out

Wednesday
Breakfast - Paleo Coconut Flour Pancakes
Dinner - Leftovers
