Meal Plan - August 7th: figs, potatoes, broccoli, celery



This morning was so not good that I am not even going to get into it here. I have been hearing the saying "God doesn't give you more then you can handle" a lot lately. It is a way out for people who could not understand, and do not want the guilt of not helping. Asperger's and testosterone equals complete and total suckage!

Anyway here is this weeks meal plan.

Breakfast - Hard boiled Eggs
Dinner - Eggs and Hash browns

Friday
Breakfast - Hard boiled Eggs
Dinner - Grilled Stew Meat and Broccoli

Saturday
Breakfast - Hard boiled Eggs
Dinner - Creamy Chicken Stew

Sunday
Breakfast - Eggs
Dinner - Waffle Hamburgers and Salad

Monday
Breakfast - Vanilla Coconut Fig Bars
Dinner - Tuna Salad

Tuesday
Breakfast - Vanilla Coconut Fig Bars
Dinner - 15 minute Chili

Wednesday
Breakfast - Vanilla Coconut Fig Bars
Dinner - Eat Out
