Weekly Menu - July 3rd



With the whole getting strep thing, J stepped up and helped out in the kitchen. It was nice to point him to what we were having, and click on the recipe for him. I think it was a good experience for him, and we got to talk about the importance of reading through directions and planning. The end result was edible, but a bit interesting. I am a bit glad I was off solid foods. What is even better is that I did not just cave and grab In N Out with money that we do not have. So here is another menu - hope it helps.

The list was based off of my CSA List.

Breakfast - LARABAR and Fruit
Dinner - Zucchini Fritters

Friday
Breakfast - Zucchini Brownies and Fruit
Dinner - Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Salad


Saturday
Breakfast - Zucchini Brownies and Fruit
Dinner - Roasted Radishes and Chicken - add chicken to the same pan

Sunday
Breakfast - Zucchini Brownies and Fruit
Dinner - Crockpot Eggplant Meatballs - the basic premise comes from here.

Monday
Breakfast - Coconut Yogurt and Fruit (we never ended up making this last week because the probiotics did not arrive in time)
Dinner - Crockpot Beef Stew


Tuesday
Breakfast - Coconut Yogurt and Fruit
Dinner - Tuna Salad

Wednesday
Breakfast - Coconut Yogurt and Fruit
Dinner - Eggs and left over vegetables

Extra
Pickled Jalapenos

Dessert
Cantaloupe Ice Cream
