It has been an interesting week. I took J in to the doctor on Monday to remove his stitches. They were not healed enough to remove. He refused to keep using the crutches to walk, but the doctor put him back on them. He was so upset that the stitches were not coming out that he started having behaviors almost as soon as we walked out of the office. I am torn between strongly encouraging him to use his crutches, and locking the crutches away forever. Being hit with crutches hurt. Last night I shuffled the girls out of the house and took them to In N Out while their brother calmed down. It has made for a week of fast food and leftovers. It has been nice relinquishing some of my cooking duties, but I am craving some good food.
