It has been an interesting week at our house. J's foot is continuing to heal. The kid is going to have one nasty scar. S has decided that she does not need any sort of self control and has gorged on anything carb related (since there is no sugar) that she can find in our house. I am trying to help her get control by helping her realize that she is doing it, and then taking responsibility for it. Once we get past this point then we can move on to me rewarding positive behavior. L joined a secret society at summer camp - one that required her to wear all black and not eat her lunch since other's found it gross. We had a nice talk about how blindly following a group like this just lands her in trouble. I also talked to her summer camp. The secret society disbanded the next day, and now they are back to playing more age appropriate games. Another interesting week. Our meal plan this week will be a bit interesting as well.
