I picked up our CSA box yesterday, and it was a bit different then what was originally posted. We were doing some fun googling yesterday to figure out what a leek was. J thinks they would be a perfect bat for vegetable baseball. I typically plan the menu out a week in advance. This is great, because then I just look at my list and check off what we have eaten. I let the kids pick from what is left.
This week I get to redesign it. This will be nice also - since I will get to see the food while I am picking out what to do with it. It will be a fun change - but not something I will want to do all the time. With L having difficulty with life, J being thirteen, and S in her grumpy mood I am about to pass out before leaving work - let alone
