Weekly Menu - March 14th

As you may have noticed I missed the emergency preparedness post this week. I have a great topic in mind, as well as a series I am going to start. However, it did not manifest in time.

As I posted earlier we get thrown off every time daylight savings ends. It is horrible. Starting on Thursday S has been in constant tears. J has been impulsive and not very nice. He decided he would go around my house throwing around orange pills and spitting on everything. S was awesome yesterday, however I attribute that to a 504 meeting I had with her school. When I told her what we had talked about, and the accommodations that had been added she was relieved. It should be a red flag if ANY child would prefer to be able to move their desk away from the other children. It has taken more then half the year - but the school finally understands that Lexi is special needs. I did find out that her official diagnosis is mood disorder - nos, not anxiety disorder which I thought it had been changed to.

But I digress. I have managed to create the menu for next week. Most of the vegetables we have gotten recently so I will start posting and linking back to what we have been eating. It is awesome having so many vegetables in the house - fruit too of course. They have turned into some amazing snacks, which I will also post.
