How to Make Paleo Easy - Indoor Grill

When I first received this grill through the Amazon Vine program I was excited. We used it for all sorts of items - waffles, pancakes, even eggs. Then we ate junky and it begin to sit around under our counter.

It was not long since we started eating Paleo that I pulled our grill back out. Then our microwave got shoved under the counter, and our grill is used 75% of the time for at least part of our dinner. It is also our primary waffle maker, and we still use it for pancakes.

I love the interchangeable grill plates. You can take off the plates you just used to make hamburgers, throw on the waffle plates and cook up some waffles. Since it is all in one handy gadget it takes up less space - a must in a small apartment with an even smaller kitchen.

We weekly use our grill for hamburgers. I pull out the ground hamburger in the morning, shape it into patties and throw it on the grill. I can fit six decent size hamburgers on the grill - which is about one and a third a pound (dang Costco) of hamburger meat. I throw on some seasoning, and while everything is cooking I go fix the vegetables. I also cook the grilled chicken the same way. The Italian sausage is even easier - I just throw it on and leave it until it is done. Dinner prep does not get much easier then that. Also, those are three of my children's favorite meals at the moment.

We have had this now for about three years, two of which it was only used occasionally. Even with our current almost daily use it is still working great.
